 | T/D Tartar Control Diets
 | There is nothing easier than having your pet's diet help to clean
their teeth. |
 | T/D is the most effective diet oriented dental disease management
tool. Clinical studies have demonstrated a substantial reduction in
tartar buildup and gingivitis when compared to regular dry dog or cat
food. We recommend that T/D be at least 50% of any dog or cat's daily
diet. |
 | T/D is an excellent quality maintenance diet. Special patient needs
and preferences may not always allow us to utilize this diet. T/D is not
intended for use with growing puppies and kittens except as an
occasional treat. |

 | CET Enzyme Impregnated Chew Treats
 | Many treats claim to help keep your pet's teeth clean. We prefer the
enzyme enhanced chew treats by CET. They are available for dogs and
cats. The enzymes help to attack the food and bacterial film that builds
on your pet's teeth. |
|
 | CHX and Maxiguard Oral Antiseptic Gels
 | Chlorhexidine is an excellent oral antiseptic. It has the ability to
kill bacteria in the oral cavity for many hours after application. These
products can be placed inside the lips and gums. It is not
necessary to brush these products onto the individual teeth. |
|
 | CET Enzyme Impregnated Tooth Pastes
 | Like the CET Chew Treats, the enzymes in these pleasantly flavored
tooth pastes help to attack the food and bacterial film that builds on
your pet's teeth. The paste may be brushed onto the teeth or placed on a
cloth and rubbed onto the teeth. There are several flavors to choose
from. |
