This section is devoted to helping you to develop the best possible relationship with your pet and to help manage problem areas that may arise during your time together. There are general topics related to cats and dogs below and separate, in-depth, dog and cat specific sections available through the buttons at the left. Feel free to browse these pages. However, if you think you have a problem, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to help guide you. Laura Dempsey, our Head Nurse, is our contact person in this area.

Behavioral Management has become one of the many areas of our profession that has benefited greatly from the development of Board Certified Specialists. We will advise you when we think a problem has become serious enough to warrant the involvement of a veterinary behavioral specialist. Please take advantage of our excellent puppy training reference books and videos in our Lending Library, available at our front desk.
